What do I do if my parcel doesn’t arrive?

We are pleased to say that the majority of our parcels arrive safely and on time, however there are a few occasions where this isn’t the case. If this happens, don’t worry, simply contact us via email and we'll investigate.
Please ensure that adequate time has been allowed for the delivery of your goods before contacting us. Also consider contacting your local sorting office, your parcel may be awaiting collection.
Royal Mail have been known to forget to leave a card!
